Minimum wholesale orders are USD 300. Any orders below that amount are classified as personal use orders and will not be processed. For small orders, please use our retail online shop. Repetitive attempts to place orders below the minimum required will result in suspension of the wholesale account.

We take a very special care of each order and make our best efforts to ensure that it arrives intact at your place. All items are inspected prior to being shipped from our facility. Despite our best efforts, sometimes things get damaged in the shipment. If that is the case with your order, please follow these steps. Please inspect your order upon arrival, and report any and all damages within 48 hrs from the receival of goods, by simply sending us an email to Info@InHouseImports.com and providing us with details of your request. Our team looks at every case individually, to decide on the best course of action to be taken for your specific request. Since all of the wholesale sales are final, a full store credit will be issued towards your wholesale account upon approval of your request. Above policy is true for all of the shipments arranged by In House Imports via third party carriers. If you are picking up your order from our warehouse, it is your responsibility to inspect it at the time of the pick up. Safe transport of your beautiful handicrafts, and taking all the necessary steps to prevent any and all damages that might happen to the product after it has been picked from our warehouse, are solely your responsibility, and do not qualify for the store credit.
